喉癌术后患者负性情绪的影响因素分析及心理护理干预后对比观察

摘　　要：目的探析喉癌术后患者负性情绪的影响因素和心理护理干预措施。方法选择喉癌术后存在负性情绪的50例患者作为观察对象,并与同期喉癌术后无负性情绪的50例患者进行对比,采用问卷调查和SPSS 17.0统计软件分析负性情绪的影响因素,并对观察对象进行心理护理干预,观察临床效果。结果单因素调查分析显示,观察组患者的疾病认知情况好和社会支持情况好均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);多因素分析显示,疾病认知情况差和社会支持少均是喉癌患者术后负性情绪的影响因素,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者经心理护理干预后,与对照组患者SAS评分和SDS评分大体一致,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论针对喉癌术后患者负性情绪的影响因素,应加强患者对疾病和健康知识的认知教育,给予更多的社会支持,并采用心理护理干预,改善患者心理健康状态,提高预后效果。Objective To analyze the influence factors of postoperative negative emotions in patients with laryngeal cancer and psychological nursing intervention measures. Methods Fifty cases of laryngeal cancer with postoperative negative emotions were as research subjects, another 50 cases of laryngeal cancer without postoperative negative emotions as the control, and then a questionnaire was performed and SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to analyzing the influence factors of negative emotions and clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention. Results The results of univariate analysis showed that cognitive situa- tion and social support of the observation group for diseases were worse than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （all P〈0.05）, and then multivariate analysis confirmed that Cognitive condition and social support were the influence factors of postoperative laryngeal cancer patients with nega- tive emotions. Observation group of patients after psychological nursing intervention was in accord with the control group in patients with SAS scores and SDS scores, there was no statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions On the influence factors of postoperative laryngeal cancer patients with negative emotions, we should strengthen the patient＇s perception of disease and health knowledge education, provide more social support. To implement psychological nursing intervention is adopted to improve the mental health and the effect of prognosis.
