摘  要:免费师范毕业生在职攻读教育硕士专业学位遭遇诸多困境。首先,免费师范毕业生的读研政策受到质疑;其次,部属师大并不能够有效培养学生;第三,免费师范毕业生心有余力不足。面对困境,必须要实施根本上的改革:免费师范毕业生应在工作3年之后自选师范大学、脱产、公费读研;要为免费师范生教育硕士配备专业对口的导师;要把师范大学和中小学结合起来;"211工程"师范大学要加大"学科课程与教学论"博士点建设力度。There are many difficulties faced by tuition-free normal college graduates working in-service for the degree of master of education. Firstly, a supportive policy is controversial. Secondly, normal universities mostly cannot provide sufficient training. Thirdly, these in-service students do not have enough time or energy to pursue their education. A radical reform is necessary., normal college graduates should be able to study at normal universities on a full-time basis with full financial support after they have worked for three years; qualified supervisors should be provided for these master-of-education students; normal universities should collaborate with elementary and middle schools in their training; and "Project 211" normal universities should strengthen their doctoral programs in curriculum and instruction.
