摘 要:本文提出一种多绕组永磁无刷直流电机及其控制系统拓朴结构,将定子绕组设计成四个独立的三相绕组,共用同一个转子,构成四个子电机,由四个逆变器供电,可对各子电机进行单独控制。本文建立了该电机及控制系统基于Maxwell 2D和Simplorer的联合仿真模型,仿真了样机的磁场分布、空载反电势及稳态运行性能,并研究了该系统在子电机开路、短路等故障模式下的转矩补偿方法,验证了上述拓扑结构的电机具有良好的容错性能。This paper presented a multi-winding BLDC motor system topology based on four sub-motors. Thesub-motors have separate three-phase stator windings and share the only rotor. Each sub-motor is driven by athree-phrase inverter so that it could be independently controlled. In this paper, the simulation model of thesystem based on Maxwell 2D and Simplorer was established, and the magnetic field distribution, the backEMF, as well as the steady state load performance of the prototype motor were presented. Besides, the re-search on torque compensation methods with fault status such as open-circuit and short-circuit in one sub-mo-tor were carried out, which demonstrated a good performance of fault tolerance of this motor system topology.
