摘　　要：地方普通高校化学实验资源建设在化学相关专业的应用型专门人才的培养中发挥重要作用。化学实验资源多而庞杂,缕清其关系并进行有效建设意义重大。本文从化学资源整合的必要性、化学资源高效利用应遵循的原则、化学实验资源有效利用与学科建设的相关性以及化学实验资源建设与整合的具体途径来探索了地方普通高校化学实验资源整合的途径及其功能效益的有效发挥的实现。The chemical resource construction of local colleges plays an important role in the special applied talent cultivation of chemistry related specialties.It has great significance to make the numerous chemical resources clear and construct them effectively.The concrete integrating routes of chemical resources in local colleges as well as the effective development of their functional benefits were explored by the means of necessity of chemical resource integration, guidelines of the efficient utilization of chemical resources, the relativity between the discipline construction and the efficient utilization of chemical resources as well as construction and integration of chemical resources.
