高素质应用型制药工程专业人才培养模式的研究

摘　　要：为适应国家现代职业教育和生物医药产业新的形势发展,本文以我校制药工程专业为例,在课程体系、师资队伍、校企合作、教学手段和国际工程认证五个方面进行教学改革,推进制药工程专业高素质应用型人才的培养,取得了初步成效。In order to adapt the new situation of national modern occupation education anddevelopment of bio-pharmaceutical industry, the teaching reform, which was aimed to train applied talents, mainly involved the course system, the teachers staff, school-enterprise cooperation, teaching methods and international engineering certification, was introduced.Some initial results have been achieved.
