5S管理在高校化学实验室管理中的应用

摘　　要：实验室是高校教学和科研的基地,特别是国家级化学实验教学示范中心,承担了大量的教学工作,面对大量的学生及教师,实验室安全就尤为重要。只有加强管理,才能为师生提供一个安全的实验环境。本文简要介绍了5S管理理念,分析了目前高校化学实验室的特点,针对存在的问题,提出结合5S管理理念来加强和改善化学实验室的管理,以达到提高管理效率、加强实验室安全的目的。Laboratories are the base of teaching and scientific research at universities.National chemistry experimental teaching demonstrating center takes over much of the work of teaching especially and open to a large number of students and teachers, the safety of laboratory is very important.Strengthening management can make the laboratories be able to provide a safe experimental environment to the teachers and students.The 5S management concept and impersonally analyses the character of chemical laboratories were introduced.Based on these problems, methods of 5S management were put forward to strengthen and improve the management level of chemicals in order to improve management efficiency and strengthen the laboratory safety.
