摘　　要：探讨了工科大学生工程素质的内涵,分析了工程素质养成训练的规律及子过程间相互关系。通过Fuzzy数学综合评判模型建立了工科大学生的工程素质养成训练过程评价体系,并对其进行了验证。帮助工科大学生了解应具备的基本工程素质和培养工程素质的路径和方法。The connotation of engineering students＇ engineering quality was discussed, the rules of engi- neering quality apprenticeship training and the relation between the sub-processes were analyzed. An evaluation index system of engineering quality apprenticeship training process for engineering students was established based on Fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation model, and the validity of the evaluation system was verified. It can help the engineering students to know the basic engineering quali- ty and the path and method of engineering quality cultivation.
