摘　　要：从实证角度对新疆高师院校社会科学学报特色栏目发展现状进行了调查研究,新疆三所高师院校社会科学学报栏目特色鲜明,学科优势明显;特色栏目载文适宜,利于整体学术质量的提高;特色栏目课题成果多,有利于提高办刊质量;三家学报特色栏目载文作者职称、学历差异明显。在此基础上,高校学报应以支持、服务学校学科建设为立足点,创设特色栏目,形成高校学报发展与学科建设的良性互动,加大约稿力度,根据本校的实际情况,建设高水平的稳定的作者群,保证特色栏目稿源质量,特色栏目要"定名、定期、定量、定主持人",保持稳定性和持续性,从而提高办刊水平,进一步服务于高校的学科建设。Investigations on the current situation of the development of characteristic columns Science Journal of Xinjiang normal colleges and universities from the empirical point of view, Social Science Journal columns of the Xinjiang three high Teachers Colleges have distinctive features and obvious advantages in disciplines. Columns with characteristics are suitable for academic papers, the overall quality of them improved. More and more research achievements are conducive to improve the quality. At present the difference of author＇s titles and degrees is obvious. Therefore, the start point is that the journals of colleges and universities should support and service discipline construction, create special point column, form benign and interactive development of university journals and subject construction, and increase the intensity of manuscripts. According to the actual situation of a college or university, we should set up stable high level group of authors and guarantee the quality of characteristic column manuscript source. Characteristic columns should have names, regular intervals, quantities and hosts fixed, maintaining the stability and continuity, so as to improve the running level, discipline construction and further services in Colleges and universities.
