摘 要:分析了高原环境下,冷却系统性能的影响因素及其相互影响关系,在此基础上,通过试验数据和数学模型相结合的方法在 GT 平台下建立了高原环境冷却系统仿真模型,采用参数化仿真手段定量分析了高原环境下各参数对冷却系统性能的影响关系.变参数仿真结果表明:在海拔3000~4500 m 高原情况下,为了满足系统的散热需求,发动机散热量分别需要降低为平原的88%~94%;在发动机热负荷不变的情况下,风扇体积流量需要比调速前增加7.5%~15.2%.The affective parameters of cooling system performance and their relationships are analyzed. On the base of the analysis,the GT simulation model of vehicle cooling system in plateau is established combined with experiment data and formulas.The relationships between altitude and the affective parameters is studied in quantification by the parametric simulation method.Compared to that the simualtion conducted in a plain terrain,the parametric simulation results show that in the altitude range of 3 000 m to 4 500 m,the engine heat dissipation should be decreased to 88%~94% in order to fulfill the heat dissipation requirement of the whole system.The fan volume air flow should be increased by 7.5%~15.2% compared to the situation in which the fan speed is not adjusted when the engine heat load is not changed.
