高新技术产业发展的政府作用探究

摘　　要：高新技术产业对一个国家或地区的经济发展和核心竞争力提升具有战略意义。政府应在把握高新技术产业内涵、特征及发展趋势的基础上,厘清和市场的关系,准确定位自身的角色和功能,通过加强规划、制定政策、加大投入、营造环境等举措,引导和推动高新技术产业持续、健康、快速发展。High-tech industry is of strategic significance to the economic development and the enhancing core competitiveness of a country or region.The government should clarify its relationship with the market and position its role and function accurately based on understanding thoroughly the connotation,characteristics,and development trend of high-tech industry.High-tech industry should be guided and fostered to develop rapidly,healthily,and sustainably by such measures as strengthening planning,formulating policies,increasing investment,and creating atmosphere.
