摘 要:建立基于ADAMS/Car的整车仿真模型,根据《GB/T6323-1994汽车操纵稳定性试验方法》,对模型进行操纵稳定性仿真分析,对实际车辆进行操纵稳定性道路试验。分析各项试验指标的仿真结果并进行评分。比较仿真分析结果和道路试验结果,误差为3.4%。在该模型的基础上对质心高度、整车质量、轮胎侧偏刚度进行优化。结果表明,减轻整车质量、降低质心高度均可提高大客车的操纵稳定性。The vehicle simulation model was set up based on ADAMS/Car. According to GB/T6323-1994 test method for vehicle handling stability, the model for handling stability was simulated and analyzed, and road rest for handling stability of real vehicle was operated. Results of the test indexes were analyzed and scoring was calculated. The error was 3.4% compared simulation results with road test results. On the base of the vehicle model, height of the mass center, the bus mass and tire cornering stiffness were optimized. The results indicate that reducing the weight of the bus and reducing the mass center height can improve handling stability of the bus.
