摘　　要：运抵报关是我国大部分港口集疏港管理模式。以天津港为例,通过分析实施运抵报关前后的港口道路交通量的调查结果,提出运抵报关模式下港口道路交通相关特征,包括时间变化规律和空间分布特征,在此基础上从规划层面提出了港口道路交通规划相关对策。Customs declaration upon arrival was the assembling ＆ evacuating port management mode adopted by most ports of our country. Taking Tianjin port for example, by analyzing the findings of port road traffic volume before and after implementation of customs declaration upon arrival, this paper presented the relevant features of port road traffic under customs declaration upon arrival mode including time variation rules and spatial distribution features. Based on the above, relevant port road traffic planning countermeasures have been presented from the perspective of planning.
