Orbscan-Ⅱ在LASIK手术前后角膜检测中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨Orbscan-Ⅱ在准分子激光原位角膜磨镶(LASIK)手术前后检查中的应用价值。方法对84例患者(160只眼)于LASIK术前和术后1个月分别用Orbscan-Ⅱ和超声角膜测厚仪测量角膜厚度并进行统计学比较。结果超声测量瞳孔中央角膜厚度,术前为(539.1±32.2)μm。术后1月为(464.4±31.1)μm;术前Orbscan-Ⅱ测量的瞳孔中央角膜厚度、角膜最薄点厚度与超声结果无统计学差异(P>0.05),术后1个月Orbscan-Ⅱ的测量结果与超声结果有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),Orbscan-Ⅱ同时显示了Diff值等其它厚度相关参数。结论Orbscan-Ⅱ角膜检测对LASIK手术具有重要指导意义。Objective To study the usefulness of the Orbscan-Ⅱin the examination for LASIK operation.Methods Measurement in160eyes of84cases using both Orbscan-Ⅱand ultrasonic pachymetry(UP)1month before LASIK and after the operation was assessed.The corneal thickness measured from the2instruments were statistically compared.Results The corneal thickness on the center of the pupil from UP was(539.1±32.2)μm before LASIK and(464.42±31.1)μm1month after the operation respectively;there was no statistical difference(P>0.05)between the corneal thickness on the center of the pupil(or corneal thinnest point)from UP and that from Orbscan-Ⅱ.But 1month after LASIK,the corneal thickness from UP was statistically different to that from Orbscan-Ⅱ(P<0.01).Diff value and other thickness related parameters were also revealed by Orbscan-Ⅱ.Conclusion The corneal examination using Orbscan-Ⅱbefore the operation is very important for LASIK.
