中国特色公民社会组织自主性发展的智慧觉察——基于“自然之友”的个案分析

摘　　要："自然之友"不仅是中国民间环保组织的"先行者"和"领航者",更为重要的是,它还为中国特色公民社会组织的自主性发展提供了一种切实有效的实践路向,即:践履"有所为,有所不为"策略,灵活运用"符号资本"构建长效激励机制,竭力推行"玻璃式"财务制度,实施"引进来和走出去"相结合战略。因此,有效提炼出这些有价值的本土经验,力争为我国公民社会组织生长及其培育提供一种有益启示。“Friends of Nature”is not only “forerunner”and “leader” of Chinese non -governmental environmental protection organization,more importantly,it also provides an effective way of practice for the independent development of Chinese characteristics civil social organization：namely,implementing the strategy of “to do something,not to do some-thing”,using the ＂symbolic capital＆quot;flexibility,building long -term incentive mechanism,implementing financial system of “glass type”,putting into the strategy of “go into and go out”.Therefore,extracting these valuable local experience ef-fectively,striving to our civil society organizations growth and cultivation provide a beneficial enlightenment.
