摘 要:多效生长因子PTN是一种有着广泛生物学作用的肝素结合生长因子.已有的研究显示PTN在哺乳动物胚胎期的多种重要器官表达,而成体期表达被抑制,肿瘤发生时在肿瘤组织中高表达,其特殊的表达规律预示其在胚胎发育、组织修复、肿瘤生成中的重要作用,尽管对于PTN在多种疾病中的调控作用的研究在不断增多,但许多的问题仍未得到解决,尤其是参与调控的受体和信号通路,以及其上游调控机制是近年来的研究热点,本文以发育、损伤修复和肿瘤发生为线索,对PTN近年来的研究进展作以归纳和总结.Pleiotrophin (PTN) is a heparin-binding growth factor with diverse biological activities.Previous studies showed that PTN expression existed in many vitals during mammalian fetal development,while it was inhibited in the adult stage.PTN is frequently over-expressed in the tumor tissues.The special expression profile of PTN suggests that it plays an important role in embryo development,tissue repair and tumor growth.Although interest in the involvement of PTN in tumor growth is increasing,many questions remain unanswered,particularly concerning the receptors and pathways involved and its upstream regulatory mechanisms.In this article,we review the research progress of PTN based on the involvement of this regulatory factor in embryo development,tissue repair and tumor growth.
