摘　　要：文章以高职院校金融与证券专业的人才培养目标和课程体系改革为重点，阐述了金融与证券专业人才培养模式的实施路径，旨在为高职金融与证券专业建设提供新思路和新方向。The article focuses on the higher Vocational Colleges of Finance and securities talent training goal and course system reform, describes the implementation path of financial and securities talent training model, in order to provide new idea and new direction for the construction of Finance and securities major in Higher Vocational colleges.
