摘　　要：罗尔斯在《正义论》中提出了“原初状态”的概念，并且此概念是作为罗尔斯对其两个正义原则的证明条件提出的，那么罗尔斯是如何以一个新提出的概念为自己的正义原则作证明的？他如何避免循环论证的嫌疑？以上问题将是本篇论文所尝试回答的。John Rawls proposed Original Position concept in Theory of Justice and the Original Position conception used as conditions to prove his two Justice Principles. how dose Rawls to propose a new concept to prove own^s Justice Principles？ How dose he avoid suspecting of circular？ This paper will try to figure this out.
