摘  要:选用马铃薯青薯6号实生种子作为研究对象,研究不同赤霉素浓度、不同浸种时间对马铃薯实生种子的发芽势、发芽率的影响,以期提高马铃薯育种效率。结果表明:随着赤霉素浓度的提高,马铃薯实生种子发芽率逐渐提高,当赤霉素浓度在800-1000mg/L时,马铃薯实生种子发芽率达到最大,之后发芽率下降,处理种子时以12h为佳。In order to improve the efficiency of potato breeding, the influence of different GA concentra- tions^soaking time,and PEG on the germination potential and the germination rate was studied by seeds of Qing Shu No. 6. The result showed that the germination rate of potato seeds gradually increased as the GA con- centration increasing. The germination rate reached the maximum when the GA concentration was between 800mg/L to 1000mg/L,after that it was decreased. When handling the seeds with 12 h is preferred.
