摘　　要：采用文献资料等方法对上海市校园足球联盟框架体系、发展现状及存在的主要问题进行研究。"联盟"已形成"三横一纵"的构架体系、"一条龙"培养体系和高校与区(县)分联盟的对接体系;"联盟"规模稳步扩大,在管理、竞赛、培训、宣传与国际交流等方面初见成效。建议"联盟"加速完成社会团体登记注册,"联盟"发展引入市场机制,建立"联盟"人才培养和输送通道,加强以高校为引领的"联盟"发展模式构建。This research employed the literature review method to make an in -depth study on the framework,developing situation and problems of Shanghai School Football League.Results showed that ＂SSFL＂had been formed ＂three horizontal one vertical＂frame system,＂one -stop＂training system and dock system between colleges and union branches.The scale of ＂SSFL＂increased stead-ily,having achieved preliminary results on management,competition,training,publicity and inter-national exchanges.But there are still certain problems that need to be further improved.It is sug-gested that ＂SSFL＂expedite the registration of social organizations,introduce market mechanisms for development of ＂SSFL＂,establish personnel training and delivery channel,and strengthen the college -guided model construction.
