摘 要:以薄煤层采煤机摇臂减速器为例,进行了基于ANSYS/PDS模块的三维动态齿轮齿根弯曲强度可靠性分析。研究了在不同工况下,齿根应力、安全系数和可靠性三者之间的关系。通过与MATLAB数值计算结果对比,验证了有限元法求解可靠度的准确性。通过对齿轮灵敏度的分析,确定了影响齿轮可靠度的主要因素,为进一步对齿轮优化设计提供参考。The article takes the thin coal seam shearer rocker reducer as an example, analyzing the reliability of three dimensional dynamic gear bend strength based on ANSYS/PDS module. The relationship between the tooth root stress, safety factor and reliability under different working conditions was discussed. The reliability result solved in finite element method is verified accurate by comparison with the numerical results of MATLAB. Through the analysis on gear sensitiveness, the major factors that influences the gear reliability are determined, which would provide reference for optimization design of gear in the future.
