集群文化嵌入与创新绩效关系研究——以创新环境不确定性为调节变量

摘　　要：基于合作度和开放度剖析了文化嵌入对集群创新的影响,并将创新环境不确定性作为调节变量引入分析框架。研究得出:文化嵌入增加了集群网络的合作度从而对集群创新具有正效应,降低了集群网络的开放度从而对集群创新具有负效应;创新环境不确定性负向调节了文化嵌入的正效应,正向调节了文化嵌入的负效应。The influence of cultural embeddedness on cluster innovation is analyzed from the angle of cooperation and openness of cluster network,with the uncertainty of innovation environment as regulating variable. The results show that the cultural embeddedness can increase the cooperation of cluster network and promote technical innovation on one hand,on the other hand it will reduce the openness of cluster network and hinder technology innovation,the uncertainty of innovation environment has a negative moderating effect between the relationship of degree cooperation and innovation performance,and it has a positive moderating effect between the relationship of openness and innovation performance.
