摘  要:以瓦特镀镍液为基础,在Q235A钢基体上分别采用直流电沉积和脉冲电沉积方法在不同温度下制备了镍镀层,采用线性扫描伏安法测试了不同温度下,Ni2+在Q235A钢基体上发生氧化还原的电化学行为;采用表面轮廓测量仪以及纳米力学测试系统对镍镀层表面粗糙度、显微硬度及弹性模量进行了表征。实验结果表明,随着电解液温度的上升,镍在电沉积过程中的极化程度会下降。直流电沉积制备的镀层在电解液θ为40℃时的粗糙度最小;脉冲电沉积制备的镀层在电解液θ为50℃时的粗糙度最小。直流电沉积及脉冲电沉积制备的镀层的显微硬度和弹性模量在电解液θ为50℃时达到最大值。Based on watts nickel bath,nickel coatings were electrodeposited on Q235 A steel substrate by direct current electrodeposition method and pulse current electrodeposition method at different temperatures,and the electrochemical behaviors of Ni2 +on Q235 A steel substrate at different temperatures were analyzed by linear sweep voltammetry method.Also,the surface roughness,micro- hardness and elastic modulus of the prepared nickel coatings were characterized by surface roughness tester and nano indenter XP,respectively.The results showed that the cathodic polarization degree would decrease with the increase of electrolyte temperature during the nickel electrodepositon.The minimum roughness of the nickel coatings could be obtained at 40 ℃ and 50 ℃ by direct current electrodeposition method and pulse current electrodeposition method,respectively.For both of the electrodeposition methods,micro-hardness and elastic modulus of the nickel coatings could achieve the highest value of 50 ℃.
