羟丙基甲基纤维素对锌铬膜涂层质量的影响

摘  要:分别采用羟丙基甲基纤维素和羟乙基纤维素作为锌铬涂料中的增稠剂制备了两种涂层并通过试验进行对比。试验结果表明,在涂层质量相同的情况下,采用羟丙基甲基纤维素作增稠剂可使增稠剂用量减少一半,同时可大大减少涂层烧结过程中有机物的分解量和提高涂层结合力。Two Zn-Cr coatings were prepared by using hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and hydroxyethyl cellulose as the thickener of zinc-chromate paint,respectively; and then the two coatings were compared by tests.Results showed that: under the same condition of the coating quality,thickener dosage could be reduced by half when using hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as the thickener,while the amount of decomposition of organic matter in the coatings could be reducedgreatly in the sintering process,and also the coating adhesion could be improved.
