摘 要:网络嵌入是研究优势资源重构重要手段,本文把优势资源重构分为识别与引进、共享、吸收和创新应用四个阶段,分析了网络嵌入与优势资源重构的关联性;构建了系统动力学模型,通过仿真分析,得出适度的网络嵌入能促进优势资源重构的结论 ;基于上述结论,结合海洋装备制造企业自身的优势资源状况、业务类型与地理状况,提出了适合的网络嵌入路径及减少重构过程优势资源损失量的策略。Network embedding is the important method to study superior resource restructuring procedure. In this article, the restructuring process of superior resource can be divided into identification and introduction, sharing and absorption and innovative applications. The relevance of network embedding and superior resource restructuring is analyzed. The responding System Dynamics model and simulated analysis are constructed. The conclusion that the moderate network embedding can accelerate the restructuring of superior resource is presented. Considering the superior resources ,business type and geographical status of offshore equipment building enterprise, the appropriate network embedding path and the tactics which can reduce the losses of superior resource during the restructuring process are put forward.
