摘 要:目的研究血清和枸橼酸盐抗凝的血浆与标准O型红细胞在凝聚胺交叉配血试验时,红细胞非特异性凝集的解聚时间有无统计学差异。方法参照凝聚胺交叉配血试验的基本操作方法,分别采用30份健康体检者全血标本分离出的血清(血清组)和30份献血者的血浆(血浆组),与标准O型红细胞用凝聚胺法配血,准确记录并比较红细胞的解聚时间。结果血清组30例标本红细胞解聚时间为(24.0±3.4)s,血浆组30例标本红细胞解聚时间为(55.5±3.7)s,P<0.01,2组结果差异有统计学意义。结论凝聚胺交叉配血试验中,血清组和血浆组非特异性凝集的红细胞解聚时间有明显差异,血清组明显低于血浆组。为防止弱阳性Ig G抗体的漏检,不同介质的标本采用凝聚胺法配血时,宜选用不同的时间观察点判读结果。Objective To explore the difference of non-specific disaggregation time of RBC during polybrene crossmatch test,when using sera with standard blood group O red blood cell,and using citrate-anticoagulated plasma with standard blood group O red blood cell,and to decide if the difference is statistically significant. Methods Thirty sera samples were collected from healthy physical examinees' whole blood( sera group),and thirty plasma samples were obtained from blood donors( plasma group). Using standard polybrene crossmatch test with the standard blood group O red blood cell,the red blood cell disaggregation time was recorded. Results The red blood cell disaggregation time of sera group was( 24. 0 ± 3. 4) s,and the red blood cell disaggregation time of plasma group was( 55. 5 ± 3. 7) s,P〈0. 01,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion During polybrene crossmatch test,the difference of non-specific disaggregation time of red blood cell between sera group and plasma group was statistically significant. The disaggregation time of sera group was significantly lower than that of plasma group. In order to prevent false negative of weak Ig G during polybrene crossmatch test with red blood cell in different medium,different time points should be set to judge the results.
