摘  要:微柱凝胶免疫检测技术目前已逐渐成为血液相容性检查的常规技术。当前微柱凝胶试验主要依靠单独的孵育器和离心机来进行,其试验结果多通过肉眼来判读,这不仅需要耗费大量人力,且检测标准化程度也较低。本文阐述了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器技术的离心判读仪的研制和应用过程。该判读仪主要由卡盒系统、抓取系统、照相系统和离心系统组成,集微柱凝胶卡孵育、装夹、离心和离心结果判读等功能于一体,可在减少人力资源浪费的同时大大提高判读准确性。Nowadays, MGIA (Micro-Column Gel Immune-Assay) has gradually become the conventional technology for the blood consistency testing. The micro-column gel testing mainly depends on breeders and centrifuges separately, the results of which not only need to be read with the naked eye, but require a lot of manpower. Moreover, its standardization degree was in a comparatively low level. In this paper, the development and application of a PLC-based (Programmable-Logic-Controller-Based) centrifugal analyzer is introduced, which mainly consists of the cartridge system, grasping system, photographic system and centrifugal system. With integration of multiple functions including the micro-column gel card clamping, incubation, centrifuging and centrifugalization result determining and reading, the centrifugal analyzer reduces the waste of human resources and greatly improve the accuracy of the result reading.
