摘  要:通过左前门总成A柱处匹配平度的整改案例,阐述了一种系统分析、解决问题的办法,在整改内板法兰边平度的同时,要求压合模、外板、夹具、检具等同步分析影响,冲、焊、涂、总同步分析,并要求压合模、外板、夹具等同步整改,达到了预期的整改目标,完成了匹配任务,同时避免了因为整改压合模、外板导致的A面变形问题。本文的整改方法、思路,对于压合模前门总成的尺寸整改、匹配具有借鉴意义。Through the left front door assembly A column and A matching smoothnessrectification case, expounds A kind of system analysis, the solution to the problem, at the sametime of rectification within the board of flange smoothness, require pressing die, plating, fixture,fixture and other synchronization analysis, punching, welding, painting, the generalsynchronization analysis, and require pressing die, plating, fixture, such as synchronousrectification, achieved the desired goal, the rectification of the matching task, because at thesame time avoid the rectification pressing die, plate A surface deformation caused by theproblem. This article rectification method, train of thought, for the size of the pressing die frontdoor assembly, match, has the reference significance for reform.
