摘　　要：分析了高校大型仪器使用效益不高的原因,针对性地提出了通过资源配置和制度建设促进大型仪器开放共享,通过有偿使用解决运行维护经费,通过培养和激励稳定管理队伍,通过效益考核促进工作开展,最终达到大型仪器使用效益提高的目的。This article analyses the reasons of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities with low using efficiency,puts forward through the sharing of resources disposition and the system construction to promote open large-scale instruments,solve the operation and maintenance funds,through the cultivation of incentive and stable management team,through the benefit appraisal for industry,and promote through the paid use,and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency in the use of large-scale instruments.
