摘　　要：仪器设备是高校从事教学、科研、新技术开发与对外技术服务的物质基础和重要手段。大型精密贵重仪器设备的管理水平直接影响学校办学质量和人才培养水平。该文论述了大型精密贵重仪器设备管理中的常见问题,详细阐述了如何把好管理中的"五关",提出了解决大型精密贵重仪器设备管理的相关对策。The instruments and equipment are engaged in university teaching,research,new technology development and the material basis of external technical services and important means.Large-scale precision valuable instruments and equipment management level directly affects the quality of school education and personnel training standards.This article discusses some prpblems seen flequently on the management of largescale precision valuable instruments and equipment,elaborates on how the good management of the ＂five tests＂,and proposes to solve large-scale precision valuable instruments and equipment management related countermeasures.
