摘　　要：介绍了双光子共聚焦显微镜的基本原理和特点,从仪器操作、参数调节等方面记叙了利用双光子共聚焦显微镜FV1000 MPE在植物学研究中如何获取高质量图像的问题,旨在为该仪器的使用者与管理者提供参考,使之更好地服务于的教学与科研研究。As a widely used large and expensive equipment in the life science field,the two-photon confocal microscope has been used in the research of botany,zoology,molecular cell biology,neurobiology,genetics and biological medicine.This study discusses the key problems in actual operation and daily maintenance of this equipment in botany research and provides a good reference for its users and managers,which can improve the use ful efficiency of the equipment for teaching and research in universities.
