台湾地区高校实验室安全暨环保考察的思考与启示

摘　　要：通过对台湾地区的成功大学、清华大学、中央大学的考察,看到台湾地区高校在实验室安全与环境保护方面已建立了系统、科学的管理模式,这些经验对加强内地高校的实验室安全和环保工作有很大的启示作用。加强实验室安全工作的根本之道应该是政府建立法规及保障体系、学校积极贯彻执行,通过软硬件投入和不断完善,创造和谐的校园安全环保氛围,构建系统、科学的高校实验室安全管理体系,从而形成一种安全环保工作的良性循环。In the aspects of laboratory safety and environmental protection,those universities in the Taiwan region have established the scientific management system.Their experience is valuable for universities in the mainland on strengthening the laboratory safety and environmental protection work.The fundamental way to strengthen the laboratory safety work is to actively cooperate with the government,school,as well as improve the software and hardware investment.Moreover,it is recommended to construct a safety management system of safety production and an atmosphere of environmental harmony under the systematic,scientific management system,so as to form a virtuous cycle of a safety and environmental protection work.
