摘　　要：基于Moss Roberts和Brewitt Taylor的《三国演义》两个英译本,以回目中对偶、借代、委婉语、夸张、用典五种辞格的英译为例,探讨并总结出古典小说回目修辞格的翻译策略,以期为中国古典文学的回目标题翻译提供参考。On the basis of two English versions of Three Kingdoms by Moss Roberts and C. H. Brewitt Taylor,a comparative study of the translation of rhetoric devices in chapter titles are made by taking antithesis,metonymy,euphemism,hyperbole and allusion as examples. Some translation strategies are summarized in order to provide references for translating chapter titles of classic novels.
