论普通本科院校转型的目标及其时间意识

摘　　要：普通本科院校转型是当代中国高等教育对思想创造力枯竭、技术变革无力、人的培养无效等现实困境的主动回应,"应用技术型""职业型"等教育语汇的实质是将转型的方向导向创业型大学浪潮。遵循力促中国高等教育现代化、强化以实践问题为中心的学术研究、创新实践育人模式等几个原则,结合民国大学的实践经验,我们尝试性地提出三十年大学转型之时间意识,并在此基础上展示了未来中国大学的文明愿景,也即完成了转型的中国大学将会对中国乃至世界的新文明再造做出积极贡献。The transformation of ordinary colleges is the active response of contemporary Chinese higher education to the depletion of thought creativity,the weakness of technological reform,the ineffectiveness of human cultivation and other practical difficulties. The essence of ＂application-technology type＂,＂professional type＂and other educational terms is to lead the transformation to the wave of entrepreneurial-oriented university. Based on the several principles of urging China to follow higher education modernization,strengthening to practice problem-centered academic research,innovating cultivation through practice,combined with practical experience in the University of the Republic,the awareness of time during the three decades of university transition was put forward. Based on that,the civilization vision of Chinese universities was displayed,and the transformed Chinese university will make the positive contribution to the reproduction of civilization of China and the world.
