摘 要:目的:探讨3.0T磁共振(MR)常规检查成像的临床应用价值与(mr-cad相比)在乳腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断。方法:使用核磁共振成像和MR-CAD方法在93例乳腺病变患者中,根据形态学及时间强度曲线(TIC)分析,比较两种形式的准确性区分恶性和良性的乳房肿瘤。结果:MR-CAD方法比磁共振成像方法得到更好的精度。51例乳房肿瘤病变中,核磁共振成像和MR-CAD在诊断准确性没有区别,但MR-CAD在42例非肿块型病变准确性好。结论:在良性和恶性乳腺肿瘤中,尤其是非团块样肿瘤的鉴别诊断,MR-CAD有超过MRI常规检查显著的优势。Objective: To explore the clinical value of 3. 0T magnetic resonance( MR) imaging compared with computer- aided MR diagnosis( MR- CAD) in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods: MRI method and MR- CAD method were used in the diagnosis of a total of 93 breast lesions of 78 patients,based on the morphological and time- intensity- curve( TIC) analysis. The accuracy of the two modalities in differentiating malignant and benign breast tumor were compared. Results: MR- CAD method yielded a statistically better accuracy than that of MRI method. For 51 mass- like lesions,MRI and MR- CAD had no difference in diagnosing accuracy,but MR- CAD had better accuracy in 42 non- mass- like lesions. Conclusion: MR-CAD had a notable advantage over MRI in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors,especially non- mass- like tumor.
