315例缺血性脑卒中危险因素Logistic回归分析

摘　　要：目的:缺血性脑卒中危险因素对脑卒中发病影响的相关性分析。方法:以2012年卫生部"脑卒中高危人群筛查和干预项目"为基础,选择40岁以上既往已确诊为缺血性脑卒中患者315例为卒中组,随机抽取该地区该项目中查体的40岁以上非缺血性脑卒中人群315例为对照组,分为香兰镇和永安社区两个亚组。评价三个卒中组与对照组高血压病、心脏病等十项缺血性脑卒中危险因素及一般情况。数据输入SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果:1三个卒中组和对照组的一般情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。2单因素分析:三个卒中组和对照组十项缺血性脑卒中危险因素有显著性差异(P<0.01)。3 Logistic回归分析结果显示:卒中组和对照组高血压病、高脂血症、颈动脉斑块、心脏病、高同型半胱氨酸血症、明显超重具有显著性差异(P<0.01);香兰镇卒中组与对照组高血压病、高脂血症、心脏病、颈动脉斑块、高同型半胱氨酸血症具有统计学差异(P<0.05);永安社区卒中组与对照组高血压病、高脂血症、心脏病、吸烟、高同型半胱氨酸血症具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:1缺血性脑卒中主要危险因素除高血压病、高脂血症外,颈动脉斑块、心脏病、高同型半胱氨酸血症、明显超重也与缺血性脑卒中密切相关;2香兰镇缺血性脑卒中主要危险因素除高血压病、高脂血症外,心脏病、颈动脉斑块、高同型半胱氨酸血症等危险因素尤为重要;3永安社区缺血性脑卒中主要危险因素除高血压病、高脂血症外,心脏病、吸烟及高同型半胱氨酸血症也是重要的危险因素。Objective： To correlatively analyze the impact of risk factors for ischemic stroke. Methods： On the basis of high- risk groups special screening and intervention project of Ministry in 2012,315 cases who have been diagnosed as ischemic stroke patients were chosen as stroke group,and 315 non- cerebral vascular disease people beyond 40 years old were selected randomly as control group. It is divided into two subgroups evaluate hypertension,heart disease and ten risk factors and general conditions in three stroke groups and control groups. The data is inputed into SPSS 17. 0 software for statistical analysis. Results： ①The difference of general situation were not significant in three stroke groups and control groups（ P 〈0. 05）; ② Single factor analysis showed that the differences in ten risk factors of ischemic stroke were apparently significant in three stroke groups and control groups（ P 〈0. 01）; ③The result from Logistic regression analysis showed that the differences of Hypertension,hyperlipidemia,carotid artery plaque,heart disease,diabetes,high Hcy hyperlipidemia,and apparent overweight were apparently significant in stroke group and control group,（ P 〈0. 01）;④ The differences of Hypertension,hyperlipidemia,heart disease,carotid artery plaque,high Hcy hyperlipidemia were significant in the town of xianglan stroke group and control group,（ P 〈0. 05）; 5. The differences of Hypertension,hyperlipidemia,heart disease,smoking,high Hcy hyperlipidemia were significant in the community of yongan stroke group and control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： ①Except hypertension and hyperlipidemia in major risk factors of ischemic stroke,carotid artery plaque,heart disease,high Hcy hyperlipidemia and apparent overweight are also closely related to the Ischemic stroke; ②Except hypertension and hyperlipidemia in major risk factors of ischemic stroke in the town of Xianglan,heart disease,carotid artery plaque and high Hcy hyperlipidemia are particularly important; ③Except hyperte
