摘 要:为了改善电控机械式自动变速器(automated mechanical transmission,AMT)的换挡品质,分析了影响其换挡品质的关键因素,提出了一种新的基于发动机转矩与转速控制的AMT换挡策略.该控制策略将换挡过程分为3个阶段,每个阶段都实现了发动机与离合器之间的联合控制,有利于提高AMT汽车的换挡品质.为验证该策略是否正确有效,基于MATLAB/Simulink软件平台建立了电控液动式AMT的仿真模型,并通过dSPACE实时仿真系统完成TCU的快速控制原型,进行了实车测试.仿真和实车测试结果都表明,基于发动机转矩与转速控制的AMT换挡策略能够有效提高AMT汽车换挡过程中的舒适度,改善换挡品质.In order to improve the shift quality of the automated mechanical transmission (AM T ) , the key factors affecting the automated mechanical transmission’s shift quality was analyzed .And a new shift strategy of AM T vehicle based on engine torque and speed control was proposed .The shifting process was divided into three phases by the control strategy ,and each phase implemen‐ted the joint control between the engine and the clutch ,which improved the quality of AMT vehi‐cle .To validate the above‐mentioned control strategy ,a simulation model of hydraulic AM T was established based on the MATLAB/Simulink software .Rapid control prototype of transmission control unit (TCU) was set up based on dSPACE and tested on a AMT vehicle .The results of simulation and test showed that the shift strategy of AM T vehicle based on engine torque and speed control improved the shift quality and made the shifting process more comfortable .
