摘　　要：公共部门在执行公共任务的过程中积累了海量的信息资源,国家出台了大量信息政策推动这些信息资源的增值利用。本文通过调研近十年来国家信息政策规范,对政策内容进行归纳,对政策特点予以分析。结合我国实际,对我国公共部门信息资源增值利用政策的发展趋势提出建议。Public sector has accumulated vast amounts of information resources in the process of imple- menting public missions. China has issued series policies to exploiting those information resources. In this paper, we have collected, summarized, and analysed information policies in the past decade. Based on the reality of China, we proposed suggestions to solve the problems exposed in the process of this research.
