基于健康状况调查问卷的慢性胃炎患者生命质量评价及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的评价慢性胃炎(chronic gastritis,CG)患者的生命质量,并探讨其影响因素。方法于2005年12月—2013年12月,采用便利抽样法在昆明医科大学第一附属医院消化内科抽取CG患者124例。采用普适性量表——健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)的英国发展版,评价该124例CG患者的生命质量,并从一般人口学特征角度出发探讨其影响因素。结果 CG患者的SF-36各项得分均低于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素分析显示,不同医疗费用支付形式、经济状况及文化程度的患者,其躯体综合总分(PCS)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别和经济状况的患者,其心理综合总分(MCS)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,年龄和经济状况对CG患者PCS的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05);性别和经济状况对CG患者MCS的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CG患者的生命质量较差,其主要影响因素有年龄、性别和经济状况。Objective To evaluate the life quality of patients with chronic gastritis and investigate its influencing factors. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to enroll 124 CG patients from department of gastroenterology of First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from December 2005 to December 2013. The British version of SF- 36 health survey questionnaire was used to measure quality of life of these patients,and the influencing factors were investigated from the perspective of general demographic characteristics. Results The SF- 36 scores of CGP were lower than national norms（ P 0. 05）. Univariate analysis showed that comparison of Physical Component Summary（ PCS） between patients with different medical payment methods, economic conditions and education levels had a significance（ P 0. 05）; comparison of Mental Component Summary（ MCS） between patients of different genders and economic conditions had a significance（ P 0. 05）.Multivariate analysis showed that age and economic condition had an significant influence on PCS（ P 0. 05）; gender and economic condition had a significant influence on MCS（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Quality of life of CGP is poorer than national norm,age,gender and economic condition are influencing factors.
