摘  要:为云南版纳地区引进种植的越南蜜香树科学管理和综合利用提供参考,采用定点调查取样与气相色谱-质谱分析等,对云南景洪引进种植8a树龄的越南蜜香树生长形态特征进行了研究,并对其枝叶中挥发性成分含量进行测定。结果表明:1年生苗木在云南景洪基地种植7a的越南蜜香树,树高平均为5.46m,胸径平均为11.16cm,冠幅平均为3.30m2(πr2)和4.20m2(d2)。其叶片共计测定出挥发性成分60%左右,以烷总量最多,占31.64%,其余依次为酯(5.81%)、酮(5.4%)、酸(4.79%)、醛(2.63%)、醇(1.51%)、喹啉(1.23%)、酚(0.62%)、萘(0.51%)、烯(0.48%)、菲(0.36%)、呋喃(0.33%)、1,8-桉叶素(0.23%)和吲哚(0.16%);其枝条共计鉴定出挥发性成分55%左右,仍然以烷最多,占33.02%,其余依次为酸(10.6%)、烯(2.36%)、酯(1.94%)、醛(1.88%)、酮(1.83%)、酰胺(0.69%)、1,8-桉叶素(0.38%)、菲(0.36%)、呋喃(0.31%)、丁香酚(0.28%)、噻唑(0.15%)和玫瑰醚(0.15%)。云南西双版纳地区引进种植的蜜香树生长良好,适宜发展。The growth morphological characteristics of A.agallocha with eight years old and content of volatile components in its branches and leaves were studied and detected by the actual spot sampling method and GC-MS to provide a reference for scientific management and comprehensive utilization of A.agallocha introduced from Vietnam in Xishuangbana,Yunnan.The results showed that the average height,DBH and crown diameter is 5.46 m,11.16 cm,3.30 m2 (πr2 )and 4.20 m2 (d2 ),the volatile components in leaves are alkyl (31.64%),ester (5.81%),ketone (5.4%),acid (4.79%),aldehyde (2.63%),alcohol (1.51%),quinoline (1.23%),phenol (0.62%),naphthalene (0.51%),alkene (0.48%),Philippines (0.36%),furan (0.33%),1,8-cineole (0.23%)and indole (0.16%),and the volatile components in branches are alkyl (33.02%),acid (10.6%),alkene (2.36%),ester (1.94 %), aldehyde (1.88%),ketones (1.83%),amide (0.69%),1,8-cineole (0.38%),the Philippines (0.36%), furan (0.31%),eugenol (0.28% ),thiazole (0.15%),and rose oxide (0.15%).The introduced A.agallocha can grow well in Xishuangbanna.Yunnan.
