摘　　要：对JMI和传统库存管理模式下牛鞭效应进行了比较研究,通过构造多级库存管理模型,采用改进的灰色系统GM(1,1)需求预测方法,着重研究了信息共享、准确传递对牛鞭效应的影响。In this paper, we compared the bullwhip effect under the JMI and the traditional inventory management mode, and then through establishing a multi-echelon inventory management model and adopting the improved grey demand forecasting method, studied the influence of the sharing and accurate communication of information on the bullwhip effect.
