摘　　要：以产品特性及产品分类方法为主要研究对象,运用数理中多因素分类矩阵模型,将传统ABC分类法与产品缺货成本、产品可获得性、产品体积三个特性相结合,从一个全新的视角得出由产品特性决定的库存管理策略。In this paper, with product characteristics and classification as the subject, we used the multi-factor classification matrix model to incorporate the three product characteristics which were product shortage cost, product availability and product volume into the traditional ABC system and obtained, from a brand new perspective, an inventory management strategy determined by product characteristics.
