摘  要:将退役装甲车辆改装为靶车,为解决人身安全问题,需实现车辆的遥控操纵。为适应转向制动的电控要求,分析该型装甲车辆二级行星转向机的工作原理和操作方式,在保持该型装甲车辆传动系统不变的情况下设计电控气动转向制动操纵系统,并分析电控气动系统的工作原理,简述关键元件的确定原则。在此基础上对实车进行改造和试验,并与原车辆操纵装置进行比较,结果表明,改进后的电控气动转向制动操纵系统能够较好地满足高速履带车辆行驶的转向、制动要求。A used armored car had to be altered to a target car that for the sake of safety the car-body has to be remote controlled.Nevertheless,an electro-air steer-brake system was to be designed with the drive system being intact so as to suit the electric requirements for the steering brake after analyzing the armored car's dual planetary steering mechanism and its working principles and operation mode,and those of the electro-air control system,along with principal identification of the key components.On this basis the car body was retrofitted and tested,followed by a comparison there-between.Results showed that the altered steer-brake system can in a better way meet requirements for steering and braking of such a high-speed crawler vehicle.
