胎儿永久性右脐静脉的产前超声诊断及其意义

摘　　要：目的分析产前超声诊断胎儿永久性右脐静脉的声像图特征及其意义。方法回顾2013年1月至2014年6月间,在我院行产前超声检查发现合并永久性右脐静脉的40例胎儿,追踪其相关临床情况、妊娠结局。结果在40个胎儿永久性右脐静脉病例中,合并其他超声异常16例(40%),其中合并严重结构畸形8例(20%),5例接受胎儿染色体核型检查,发现1例21-三体,32例胎儿继续妊娠,预后良好。结论超声检查能够准确诊断胎儿永久性右脐静脉,当超声检查发现永久性右脐静脉时,需多角度动态观察,是否合并其他器官的发育畸形,当合并严重结构畸形时,应进行胎儿染色体核型检查。Objective To analyze the ultrasonographic features and the significance in prenatal diagnosis of fetal persistent right umbilical vein（ PRUV） .Methods To review 40 fetuses with PRUV found in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014.We followed up their clinical manifestation and pregnancy outcome.Results In 40 cases, 16 cases combined with other ultrasonic abnormalities, including 8 cases with severe structural abnormality, and 5 cases received chromosomal karyo type detection, 1 case with trisomy 21 was diagnosed.32 cases going on with their pregnancy had favorable prognosis.Conclusions Ultrasound can diagnose the PRUV correctly.When we find a fetus with PRUV, we should analyze it from different aspect to except other organic malformations abnormality.When the fetuses combine with severe structural abnormality, they should receive chromosomal karyo type detection.
