摘　　要：产后尿潴留是产科的常见并发症之一,该症的发生对产妇的产后恢复有一定影响。近年来临床医疗实践对产后尿潴留的病因及治疗进行了多方面的研究,其中针灸治疗的疗效确切、不良反应小。综述近年来针灸治疗产后尿潴留的临床研究进展,探讨该治疗方法的发展前景,为中医药治疗产后尿潴留的临床应用提供参考。Postpartum urinary retention is one of the common complications in obstetrics, which influences maternal recovery. Recent years, the etiology and treatment of postpartum urine retention has been studied in many clinical aspects. It has been found that acupuncture is effective with little side effect. This article reviews clinical research progress of acupuncture treatment for postpartum urinary retention, discusses prospects and provides references for traditional Chinese treatment concerning postpartum urinary retention.
