柚花化学成分及药理活性研究进展

摘　　要：柚花为芸香科植物柚或化州柚等的花,史载于《本草纲目》.综述了柚花药用化学成分中的挥发油类、黄酮类和类柠檬苦素类化合物的主要种类及其所具有的抗菌、抗寄生虫、抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤等广泛的生物活性,为柚花的进一步开发利用提供参考与依据.Pomelo flower, the flowers of Citrus grandis （ L. ） Osbecd or Citrus maxima （ Burro. ） Merr. ev. Tomen- tosa, was official recorded in 〈 Compendium of Materia Medica 〉 （ Ben Cao Gang Mu）, with chemical constitutes of volatile oil, flavonoids and limonin compounds. Modem research shows that the chemical constitutes in pomelo flower have antibacterial, parasitic resistance, anti - oxidation, anti - inflammatory and anti - tumor activities. On the basis of summarizing of systematic literatures, this essay will provide useful information for the development of pomelo flower.
