摘  要:要切实解决农村英语教学存在的问题,实现农村义务教育均衡化发展,首要工作在于提高农村英语教师的专业化发展水平。桂西北地区的农村英语教学取得了很大的进步,但教师专业化队伍建设差强人意。原因是政府和农村学校缺乏激励英语教师留任的有效机制;农村英语教师教学工作量大,思想动荡,难以安心任教;农村英语教师自身专业发展意识不强,教师专业化发展内劲不足。笔者认为,要促进桂西北农村英语教师专业化发展,需要一定的外部因素作保障,更需要内部因素来驱动。In order to solve the existing problems in rural English teaching and realize the balanced development of rural compulsory education,the primary task is to improve rural English teachers professionalization. Even though there has been great progress in rural English teaching in northwest of Guangxi, the construction of teacher professionalization is not satisfactory. The causes are that there is no effective policy for government and rural schools to encourage English teachers to stay in village the workload is too heavy for rural English teachers so that they cannot settle down and are difficult to stay to teach in village at easerural English teachers self professionalization development awareness is weak, therefore they have no motivation to develop their teacher professionalization. The author thinks that it needs certain outer factors to guarantee and inner factors to motivate to promote rural English teacher professionalization in northwest of Guangxi.
