摘　　要：本文讨论了Grade Source引入"电工学"课程的教学成绩管理的问题。教师可以通过互联网,将学生的成绩上传,学生根据自己的密码随时可以查询自己的成绩和动态排名。这种管理系统既能敦促学生努力学习,同时又可以保护学生的隐私和自尊心,提升了学生对"电工学"This paper introduces Grade Source to the Electrotechnics teaching performance management. Instructors can put the students＇ grades to upload via the Internet. According to their secret number. students can always check their grades,various forms of dynamic ranking in the class. This management system can urge the students to study hard,and also can protect the privacy and self-esteem of students,greatly improved the students＇interest in the Electrotechnics course.
