摘　　要：伴随着我国自身经济的迅猛发展与全球经济一体化趋势,我国大型企业不论是核心科技力量,企业文化、还是管理水平都向前大步发展。但国内的中小企业,在激烈的竞争环境中,数量层面的增长远大于质量上的提升。中小企业数量规模越发强大的另一面,则是水深火热的严峻形势,倒闭、重组、并购,随波逐流。"供应链管理"作为一种全新的管理模式,为广大中小企业提升核心竞争力、降低信息成本,创造了比较优越的条件。With the development of the national economy and the trend of the globalization, the central scientific power, the culture and the management level of the large enterprises are developing rapidly. However, in the intense competition environment, the minor enterprises＇ increase is focus on the quantity rather than the quality. The other side of the increasing quantity of the miner enterprises is the reality of bankrupt, recombination, acquisition. As a new management model, ＂supply chain management＂ creates great solutions on improving core-competitiveness and cutting down intormation cost.
