摘　　要：基于对建筑行业、产业、企业和高校应用型土木工程人才培养情况的广泛调研,剖析了当前我国应用型土木工程人才培养面临的基本问题。以土木工程人才培养方案构建为例,对应用职业能力分析法开发应用型人才培养方案进行了探索,提出了运用职业能力分析法重构应用型人才培养方案的基本流程和基本理念,凝练了科学的人才培养定位,在应用型土木工程人才核心岗位任务分析、能力结构体系构建与实施路径几方面进行了较深入的探索。Based on the extensive researches of the applicable talents cultivating of civil engineering in construction industry, property, enterprise and university, the basic problems of the applicable talents cultivating of civil engineering in China are analyzed. Taking the establishment of the applicable talents cultivating scheme of civil engineering as example, this paper studies the talents training scheme of professional ability analysis method tO develop applicable talents, puts forward the basic process and ideas of refactoring applicable talents training by professional ability analysis method, sums up the scientific talents cultivation orientation, deeply researches the task analysis of core position and the system construction and implementation path of applicable talents cultivating of civil engineering.
