品管圈在专科医院手术室护理视频教学及实践中的应用

摘　　要：通过建立品管圈组织,按照品管圈活动的方法步骤,采用视频影像及多媒体等现代化教学培训技术,对手术室新护士在临床手术工作过程中存在的问题进行了分析和改进,并将实施品管圈活动前后的效果进行了对比。经比较发现,品管圈活动的实施可以提高手术室新护士护理视频教学及临床实践的效果,有助于提高其专业素质和工作质量。A quality control circle（QCC）organization was established to analyze and improve clinical problems for new operating room nurses with the help of modern video image tools and multimedia techniques following the QCC method.Through comparison of implementation effects before and after the QCC activities,it was found that QCC activities can improve the effects of video teaching and clinical practice for new operating room nurses and enhance their professional competence and work quality.
